Family Law and Mediation

Victoria is a family law lawyer, an accredited Family Mediator, and a Dispute Resolution Officer with the Newmarket Family Court.

Victoria was called to the Bar in 2010 and has practiced family law since. After working for boutique family law firms in York Region, Victoria opened her own practice, Tundo Law, in 2023.

As a Family Law lawyer Victoria acts for clients on all family law issues and represents clients in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Victoria also offers Collaborative Practice legal services, and Limited Scope Retainer services.

Victoria provides both private family mediation services and is on the roster of mediators with Toronto Family Mediation Services (Mediate393), which provides subsidized and government-funded family mediation and information services in Toronto’s Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Courts of Justice.

In addition to her family law and mediation practice, Victoria is a coach in Riverdale Mediation’s Certificate in Family Mediation program and a coach at York University’s School of Continuing Studies’ Certificate in Family Mediation program.

As a family law lawyer and mediator, Victoria is solution-oriented and possesses the unique ability to balance compassion and professionalism. Victoria’s passion for family law is evident from the reports of her clients, who consistently reflect on the ease of their interaction, sense of security, and overall level of comfort that they have felt during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Victoria is fluent in Russian and can provide legal and mediation services in Russian to clients who prefer or require it.
